No long-term contracts. Plans are month-to-month with a 30-day cancellation notice. I want you to stay because the service is good, not because you’re locked in.
A small fix is anything that takes under 30 minutes — fixing a broken layout, updating a contact form, swapping an image, adjusting fonts, or resolving a plugin conflict. If it’s going to take longer, I’ll tell you upfront.
Additional development time is billed at $95/hour. I’ll always give you an estimate before starting any out-of-scope work — no surprise invoices.
